Operation System

CLINSCHAIN’s operation system is generated based on quality requirements for drug products and the specific requirements related to clinical supply services, coupled with project management needs and client specific needs. It satisfies full spectrum clinical supply needs of local trials, foreign trials and international multi-center trials.

ClinsChain provides full geographic coverage through its global partners and depot network located in US, Europe, Singapore, etc. Subject to the specific distribution strategy, ClinsChain can either directly distribute IMPs from China to sites in other countries or provide local or nearby distribution and other services in the countries where clinical trials are conducted.

CLINSCHAIN’s operation documentation system consists of around 50 SOPs covering areas across project management, facility management, logistics operation, packaging operation, purchase and ERP operation. Under the SOP system, we have work instructions as necessary to cover project specific operation needs.

ClinsChain operation systems ensure that the best solution is provided while respecting GMP integrity by defining detail processes to cover clinical supply specifics including project management, management of randomization list, packaging, batch record, cold chain management, import/export, transportation, etc.
